Planning for a Sweet Life

Planning for a sweet life

In case we haven’t met, I am a lifelong notebook collector, particularly for planners, but sadly, I have never found the perfect one for me. So I have begun to publish my own…

The Sweet Life series is a collection of planners for living.
Each book focuses on one area of life – being, gardening, making, manifesting, working, stitching, AI, cleaning and decluttering and beyond – but all share the same underlying philosophy: meaningful change happens when attention, identity, and daily life are allowed to move together.

The Sweet Life approach is gentle, grounded and lived-in. It does not promise transformation through force, discipline or urgency. Instead, it offers a way to notice what is already unfolding and to tend it with care.

These books are not manuals, doctrines, or productivity systems. They are companions. They are designed to sit alongside real life – with its seasons, interruptions, pauses and returns.

Across the series, a few ideas appear again and again, such as “Change begins with being, not fixing”, “Attention shapes experience”, “Small, honest actions matter”, “Letting go is as important as building and “Reflection creates clarity over time”.

This manifests in each Sweet Life planner using familiar tools, if chosen:
* ideas that feels true
* goals that invite rather than demand
* flexible planning that respects energy
* space to record what actually happened
* places to look forward and look back

There is no required order for using the series. A reader may begin with any title, return to others later, or use several at once. Each book stands on its own while also forming part of a larger whole.

The Sweet Life series assumes that life is not linear. Plans change. Desires evolve. Capacity fluctuates. These planners are designed to accommodate that reality rather than resist it.

Above all, the Sweet Life series honours trust – trust in attention, in timing, and in the quiet accumulation of small choices made with care.

There is no finish line.

The Sweet Life is not something to complete. It is something to live alongside, returning again and again from wherever you are now.
